“When I came to Trish Keefer approximately a year ago, I wasn't looking for weight loss help. At 68, I am a fit woman, physically active and a participant in competitive ballroom dancing. “As a former professional ballet dancer, I was no novice to exercise and healthy eating when I began working with Trish. Still, our time together has been a game-changer. When I retired from dancing after a ten-year career, I began going to the gym almost daily for exercise. While I had previously cross-trained with Pilates and some cardio, I was completely unfamiliar with strength training.
