As a former professional ballet dancer, I was no novice to exercise and healthy eating when I began working with Trish. Still, our time together has been a game-changer. When I retired from dancing after a ten-year career, I began going to the gym almost daily for exercise. I’m so delighted to provide this recommendation for Trish Keefer. I’ve been working with her for about 2 years, and it has been a completely transformative experience.
